Bitfenix Ghost ATX Tower Case (with Spectre Pro Black Fans)
AMD FX-8350 8 Core Processor
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 Graphics Card
ASUS M5A99X Evo Motherboard
Corsair XMS Dual Channel Memory (2x4GB)
Seagate Barricuda 2TB 7200RPM Hard Drive
Corsair H100i Liquid CPU Cooler
Corsair RM750 750 Watt Power Supply
Acer H236HL bid IPS Monitor
Corsair Vengeance M60 Mouse
Corsair Vengeance K60 Keyboard

This is going to be my first, and hopefully one of few, builds. I may upgrade to an Intel processor in the future as well as multiple monitor gaming. Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated. Maybe it should be noted that all the hardware will be purchased through NCIX.

I would change the CPU to intel. Since you're going to spend 2k on this you shouldn't get an AMD.
