Is AMD Athlon X2 270 run with 250W Power

My pc Specs :
Dual core processor
geforce 210
2 gb ram.

Psu output line :- output +12v - / 14A , -12v - /0.8A 250 max. +5 - / 25A +5vsb - / 2a peak 2.5A 3.3V - 18A.

I m thinking about changing my processor and graphic card.
i was thinking about purchasing radeon hd 6570 and AMD Athlon X2 270 processor.
Will this GPU and CPU both work with my psu.

please help me..

14 amps is very low. I wouldn't recommend it without a new PSU.

65w for the cpu, don't go for the 6570, get a 7750 GDDR5 and 55w, so you left with 130w for motherboard and auxiliary devices, so it will be squeeze, but you should be ok if the PSU is a quality unit and not some cheap Chinese knockoff.

radeon hd 7750 is out of my budget so please suggest me any other idea.

Those pre-build system usually have PSU's just big enough to handle the system as it comes from the factory. Personally I would not push it any at all with the PSU that it comes with.

Also note that alot of those system come with the BIOS locked to the CPU that it comes with as they want you to buy a new system rather than upgrading it. Just food for thought.
