The maximus vi gene and the maximus vi hero are very similar. One is micro-ATX for smaller cases, and the other is ATX for mid/full tower cases. You are looking at putting a micro-ATX motherboard in an ATX case. It's not a huge deal, it will fit. In fact your case will look almost empty with the microATX motherboard in it.

The VI Hero has
2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8, red)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (black) *1
3 x PCIe 2.0 x1 *2

The VI Gene has
2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x4
1 x mini-PCIe 2.0 x1
There are a few changes I would make, and a few questions to ask you

1. Do you need an i7 cpu? If this is strictly a gaming build, an i5-4670k is plenty. If you do video editing for example, then you'll make use of the i7.
2. Why are you getting a micro-ATX motherboard? It will fit in that case of course, but you're limiting yourself for expansions in the future. The maximus vi hero would be a better choice in that regard.
3. Do you need 32gb of ram? For gaming, 16Gb would be mild overkill, most recommend 8gb. If you are doing video editing then you'll make use of some ram, but 32gb is extremely rare.
4. If you are getting the maximus lineup motherboard, they come with very good onboard sound. Unless you have a $400+ sound system, you won't need to purchase the extra soundcard.
5. I'd recommend windows 8.1.

I hope this helps, and good luck with the build!

only reason why i picked windows 7 was because i dont like the way windows 8 lays itself out i will upgrade in the future when it gets a few more updates and the start buttons works like previous OS.

i choose the micro atx because i was really keen on the idea of multiple GPU was reading about how Diminishing returns was happening now with multiple cards.
and 3 pcie slots seem fine for now can always upgrade if anything happens
and i do video editing for some of my friends
thank you for the advice!!

jimthenagual's concerns about your build are well thought of, you don't need 32gb of Ram even if you edit videos, 16 is enough. Shed the motherboard and sound card and get the hero as it has more features that can be utilized. Bigger usually means better so get an ATX motherboard (IMO looks better as well. You don't want a big case that dwarfs the component that holds everything together.)
