Which PSU should I choose?

Can't decide which PSU I should get, simply because I want to save a little bit of cash, but don't want to get a bad PSU, that would compromise my entire system.

Here are my choices, that I've been thinking about.

My primary choice was a Lepa 650W PSU

Seems like a good PSU. Gold certified. (most expensive option)

Now for something cheaper.

FPS Raider 650w. Silver certified (cheapest option).

It's hard to find reviews about it, so it's either very new, or people stay away from it.

And last, but not least.

FSP AURUM S 600W (somewhere in between).

http://www.fspgroupusa.com/aurum-gold-600-au600/p/829.html

Gold certified. A little less wattage, but seems like a good PSU.

My other planned PC specs are.

i5 4670k, Asus Z87 Gryphon, R9 280X
mATX Case, Fractal Design ARC Mini R2

P.S. - What does it mean, when a PSU has "modular" cables? Saw a couple reviews on some other PSU's and most of the time "no modular cables" is listed as a Con, so I guess it is important... If so, does the FSP AURUM S 600W have modular cables? Because the Lepa one has them, at least the description says so.

All are quality PSU's that should perform well for your system - my preference is the FSP Raider.
Modular cables are a system where the cables are not attached to the PSU - you plug in the cables you want to use and leave any unneeded cables in the box. In many cases, it helps cable management a lot

Modular means you can remove all cables you do not need so your chassis is not as cluttered, this improves airflow.

Anyway ALL of those are crappy. EDIT : oops yeah the raider is pretty good! You do not need so much wattage, a single 280X can run on any decent quality 550W PSU no problem.

What is the budget for your PSU?

Well, the Lepa 650w costs approximately ~120$ (I live in Europe, so f#$k VAT). FSP Raider costs about ~87$, and the FSP Aurum ~107$.

Modular cables would be great, since as I said, that I will be getting an mATX case. But the case also has a 20mm space behind the MB in the left side, so I could just stuff the unused cables there, to help increase the airflow, that the unused cables could otherwise block.

I've done the reactionary response here a few times... lol - last time with a CM unit of all things - I panned it quick not realizing it was the new SeaSonic built "V" series

LOL think its the frustration we have of people insisting on buying cheap junk PSUs...

How about the Corsair TX650 ?

or maybe Corsair CX600M, since 600W should be enough, I'm not planning on adding a second GPU.

And why are the before mentioned Lepa 650W and FPS Aurum 600W bad?

My total system that I plan to build would be:

i5 4670k (overclocked, I'll either pick the 212 EVO, or a Corsair H100, for an even beefier OC)
R9 280X Gigabyte OC Windforce, I'll be also overclocking it, when performance starts to deviate.
Z87 Asus Gryphon ~100W for the MB, since I'm planning on hooking up at least ~6 case fans. Even though the MB supports only 4, the case has a 3x fan controller installed.
~130W for an overclocked Haswell CPU, 100W MB (lots of headroom with 100W) and most of it will still be consumed by the GPU, which peaks at about ~280W when overclocked. So 600W should be plenty.

Corsair CX600 also has modular cables, so in a mATX case, that would be really great.
