HELP Please!! External hard disk infected by virus.

Hello guys, last week my friend borrow my External HD and after he returned it, I can only see shortcut of my folder. I had opened the option of showing the hidden files and all my folder are there. But the problem is, when I open any of the folder, my computer will freeze, I can't copy, move and even open any of my files. I don't want to delete my files, I really need those. Please help me.

I am using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
Mobo asrock H61m-vs3
2x2GB Ddr3
Wd green 500Gb sata
HD5450

MY external hard disk was Seagate 1TB

It just a spyware. Superanti spyware really useful...:)

i have another problem where all my folders in the HDD are replaced with files and folders of names "[É╪7╢ª┴.⌡=v" and similar kind of stuff. i have tried doing the chkdsk and tried running in the error checking but nothing happened. please help me out in retrieving the data.
