That means Your OS which is Windows 7 , it requires 2GB ram from your config.
you have total 8GB ram and 2GB is used by windows 7 itself and rest of the ram is left for your other works.
therefore it says ~6GB is usable.

Don't do anything.
Use it as it is,
or else you'll lose all of your data.

I had to install pirated games after that all services stopped and I opened msconfig and enable all services and it returns good but when I go to system properties it says 8gb of ram installed (5.96gb Usable)

First of all you are right to complain, that is not normal. I don't know what people below are saying but Usable memory is all your machine is using. The fact that you are seeing that means that there's something wrong...
Try going to start menu writing "msconfig" enter and then go to boot and advanced options uncheck cpu and max memory and restart.

If nothing changed It means that one of your memory sticks is bad or simply not installed correctly (try pushing all the sticks on your motherboard to seat them properly. Also it may be that you have multiple sticks and one is running at different speed (1333 , 1600 etc)

I think we are all confused about the issue. Could you clarify ahmad? Does your system have a total of 8gb of installed ram or do you have 4gb and it shows up as 8? Depending on your situation we can help you fix it. However if its about the usable ram, windows takes up 2gb and you will never be able to use it :) thats the same thing as if you installed 16gb, you only really get 14gb of ram that your system uses besides windows. If its showing up as 8gb and you only have 4gb installed, it means your board doesnt fully recognize that amount of ram. This is fine and your system will work fine, however it will show up as more ram than you have. Now if its a problem like skotus is explaining, follow his steps.

Hope this clarify's it for you.
