More about : psu 4890

a b ) Power supply

HD 4890 requires 500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector.
I think that you should change your power supply because this power supply doesn't seems that much good.
get a new PSU.

for your system a 400w would be what you actualy require not 500w(they always state them around 100 -150w more than actual required power to avoid problems with low quality power supply units) you will need a new one just consider about future upgrade path how much power you will be needing so that you wouldn't need to buy it the second time
