I have recently built my own custom build computer and I am having a few techinical glitches.

1-The fans that came intergrated in the case(front fans) will not work at all and i have no idea why! I have connected the molex cable but still not working.

Case-Corsair Carbide 500R microATX Midi PC Tower Black
Mobo-Asus Maximus VI Hero Motherboard (Intel Z87, DDR3, S-ATA 600, ATX, PCI Express 3.0, USB 3.0, Sonic Radar, Extreme Engine Digi+ III, Socket 1150)

2- The front power button is not working meaning i have to boot from my mobo. I have checked the connection and all seams fine. Any help?

It is quite difficult to help with the limited info you give.
Barring some major mishap in the case You should cross-check again System Panel Connector.
Usually PWRSW comes with two wires in three holes, which is very easy to insert wrong.
Something similar happens with some fans (here you should have them keyed, but it's possible to put them wrong all the same).

I suggest You send some close-up image of Your connectors, we *might* spot something wrong.
