i have intel core i3-3210 3.20ghz and 2gb nvidia geforce gt610 but i am not able to play gta4.it is stucking and slow.....

Well 2 GB or VRAM is not need for most of the games except bf4!!
GTA 4 only use upto 600-700mb of VRAM !! GT610 is low end card!! you won't be able to play it!! well , if you need to play that game at a good resolution and all!! you should atleast have GT650!!
