After looking it up there is no regular edition like with the 8150 and its black edition. The black edition refers to it being a newer edition to the 6100. I am sorry for the false assumption. As overclocking, all fx processors are fully unlocked although cooling is a factor when overclocking and stock coolers are usually crap in that category.

Turbo is like overclocking in a way but it is done automatically with no needed intervention. It will only run at that clock when it is feels necessary. You can overclock it pass that frequency but usually if you want to get it within the 4.5ghz range you should start to consider liquid cooling.

In gaming performance, not a whole lot really due to games utilizing the GPU more so then anything. You might notice some things like browsers opening up a tad quicker but really the modern processor is hard to improve on just by upping the clock rate. As stated you may notice a slight frame boost but don't expect it to be life changing, overclocking now of days is really just a technique to squeeze every last drop of performance out of your CPU rather then a dramatic boost in performance.
