open the hidden file

i hide some video file earlier ,and when today i wanna to open that file ,i go to folder option the view and select show hidden files and apply but after apply the setting will automaticaly restore ,what can i do

Hi
Boot you system with Live CD - Windows PE and navigate to this file
Change the Atributes and Copy & Paste it some other folder
Reboot in the OS
Verify you file there or the other folder copy is present .
If you have it delete the one you not need.

Normally when you do something like that and the setting isn't saved it is because you don't have permissions to do this change.
