is it necessary to get a good pc case , also cooler if overclocking ?

I am not sure what you mean by good...for some it means big others small or quiet or not so quiet...
So long as the case fits your PSU, Mobo, and GPU and has at least air intake from the front and back, you will be ok.
What you end up picking depends on what the whole of the system looks like. Some part pick run hotter than other...For example a gtx 480 ran so hot that you would have have to have a case that had plenty of fans to get that heat out. The new 290x runs hot too and would force you to pick a case with more fan options imo...
If you are looking to build a rig, give us a price range and what you want to do with it...

right now i actually have a case but im not sure if it will fit after my upgrade.

PSU - Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus - 550W Power Supply [confused]
MB - could be ASUS P8B75-M or ASRock H77
GFX - gtx 650 ti boost oc or radeon hd 7850 , also confused if i can run those w/o bottlenecking

Just make sure you pick a ATX Mid Tower Computer Case that has fans that take air in the front and push air out the back/top.

It is hard for me to say what kind of case that is from a picture. Do you have a website with specs?
That case seems to have vents. Side vents are ok but I'd rather make sure is has a rear/top vent at the very least.
Assuming that your case does have at least one fan at the back or top back and it is a ATX mid size case, you should be fine with the build you are thinking about.

Assuming that you have a top mounted PSU (looks like the case based on how your wires hang) and the vent just below it has a fan....you should be ok regarding getting heat out of the case. Most older cases use top mounted PSU and some PSUs have a fan that will take air in and a fan that pushes it out. It is not an ideal set up but the stuff you listed does not run too hot. So for heat, you should be able to make that case work or you will need to add a fan.
Size. Well I don't know what size it is. It looks like a mid ATX build. To be on the safe side you could get a mATX mobo and odds are things will fit mobo wise. As for the GPU, I have no clue.
The case is easy fix tho. You can get all of your parts, try it out, and then get a new case if you need to. A good case can outlive 2-3 builds so it can be something you may want to upgrade.

Mobos come is sizes. Micro or Mini ATX, ATX, and larger than ATX...so computer cases can come in sizes as well to for the mobo. If you get a mid sized ATX case you should be able to fit a micro, mini, or regular ATX sized mobo. Most times you will find the best deal at the regular sized mobo and case.

i would pay around 50-70Euro for that , i was thinking of getting ASRock H77
if i get a new case i will have to add a fan aswell right ?
The case I linked has one fan. You can add more as you need later. ASRock H77 Pro4 is a mobo I would look at if I had an i3/7850 kind of build. Tom's even used it in a $500 build not too long ago.
