I'm running an E5-2687w in an asus rampage iv black edition inside a white NZXT H630. I really wanted the matching EK waterblock due for release in mid december but I don't think I can wait and i've heard and read that this chip (and most xeon's) is not very overclockable anyway. Also I am hesitant about water cooling and any potential hassle with having to drain and maintain the system and it ever leaking onto circuitry. I'm a big fan of set it and forget it options.

Regardless, the TDP of this cpu is 150W which is a lot of heat. The air cooler i'm going with is a Noctua NH-U12DX i4 with an extra NF-F12 PWM fan linked to it. I checked the case clearance and that will fit fine but I haven't decided what other cooling I need for the build. The machine will be used in Texas and it gets HOT in the summer. It will likely always be in an air-conditioned room but I need to plan for it being used in air fan cooled rooms only so I have no worries in a worst case scenario.

Front 2 x 200 or 2 x 140 or 3 x 120mm ( 1 x 200mm included )
Top 2 x 200 or 2 x 140 or 3 x 120mm
Rear 1 x 140/120mm ( 1 x 140mm included )
Bottom 2 x 140/120mm
HDD Pivot 2 x 140/120mm

Beside the 2 included fans, should I purchase a 2nd matching NZXT one for the front and leave the bottom 2 and top 2 or would that be far too undercooled? The case is already going to be a pretty tight heat box i'd imagine because of the thick sound deadening material.

I don't even know what the HDD Pivot x2 fans are, that's knew to me but what would be my best option here to keep the system as cool as possible and should I go with NZXT fans or some cougar/noctua hydrofluid or SSO etc?

I wish there were a way I could air condition the case without risk of condensation.. fans have always been just air movers to me they don't actually lower temps they just keep them stable.
