what wattage psu should i get!?

With those specs I would recommend no less then a 500 watt although I would say take it up to a 600 just to leave some room for upgrades down the road. If you are budget concerned then I would recommend thermaltakes TR2 line, while they don't have the bells and whistles of a seasonic, they are reliable and do come with a 5 year warranty.
