Whats the problem?

I dont know what's the problem with my cpu.I only open firefox and facebook and youtube and he work with 100%.The cpu usage is 100.Anyway my cpu is intel celeron 2.40ghz and i have nvidia geforce fx 5200 and 1,256gb of ram.

Please tell me.Thank you
