Hey, ive seen a lot of youtube vids with people running modern games like ones from 2010 - 2012 on the Pentium 4 like: ALL of the Call of Duty's, Halo 2, Far Cry 1 2 and 3, and also all the need for speed's. Is his true? And of course their not running on max settings. But If so, I would like to make a second gaming pc with it and put in a 8800 gts. Thanks.

yes, it's true..
But work at very limited fps..and also low resolution..

pentium 4 class will heavily bottlenecking any modern cards..
even for an old 8800GTS, it'll be heavy bottleneck..

But if you play in low resolution, for exp: 1280x1024, 1366x768 and want to play at medium to low setting, then you'll be fine..

More importantly they are so power hungry for the performance they deliver that you would have been able to afford a AMD e350 with the first months extra electric costs added to your bill.
