Parts to Upgrade: Buying a whole new pc

Do you need to buy OS: NO

referred Website(s) for Parts: I don't know a few but never tried them. My uncle lives in New Jersey. If required i can ask him to send me some parts from there.

Location: Bangladesh, Dhaka

Parts Preferences: Asus, Msi, evga, g.skill, thermaltake, coolermaster

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: a 27" 120hz with absolute minimun ghosting and excellent gaming performance

Comments: need a quiet and cool pc with extreme performance (if possible). No water cooling materials as it is costly.

Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading:
I am going to Uni next year and I am willing to study game development. (UDK and unity for a start)

I am sure someone will come up with a good build for you.

A friend of mine does UDK work on an i7 950 + GTX 570 last I checked. Never hear a complaint, so you are are almost looking at a high end gaming build with a bit more grunt.
