opinions on custom water cooling setup

If you don't mind, please post the specs of your computer, so we can get a better idea of what you're running.

Also, are you only planning on cooling your CPU? Or do you plan to cool your graphics cards as well? Because that will determine the size of the radiator(s) you need to include for proper cooling.

If you're only cooling the CPU, then the radiator you chose will work fine. Aside from those parts, you would need coolant (use distilled water with a kill-coil, not pre-mixed/dyed coolants), tubing (get colored or uv tubing if you want color), a pump (the reservoir you linked does not come with a pre-installed pump), fittings or barbs, and usually a drain valve somewhere in the bottom of your loop.

Also, don't forget to read the Watercooling Sticky by rubix_1011!! It's the first stop, must read post for anyone getting into liquid cooling!
