Best Motherboard for Me - New Build

Hello,
I am looking to build my own computer, but I am unsure as to which motherboard to choose.
I would prefer the price range to be around £40.00 to about £150, however, I could go a bit higher if needs be.

These are the parts I am sure about:

Processor: AMD FX8350 Black Edition
Power Supply: Corsair 750W Modular 80+ PSU
Hard Drive: Western Digital - 2TB SATA - Green
Graphics Card: Asus R9280X-DC2-3GD5
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus Midi Tower Case
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600MHz 8GB (2x4GB)
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (SP1)

I would not go for a cheap motherboard for the 8-core beast. I would recommend a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5 motherboard, it is an amazing motherboard for the price. It is what I am currently using for my 8350.

That is the smaller brother to the one I was talking about. The UD3 is fine but be sure that it is REV 3.0

Or you can get the UD5 which comes with a few more features and a better VRM heatsink.

At this moment in time, I am not planning on using Crossfire or SLI, and if I do decide to use either of them, then I will only be using 2 at the most.
Would you still go with the UD5? or would you go with the UD3?

Since you are planning on overclocking I highly recommend the UD5. It has great heatsinks for efficient cooling while overclocking and supports a triple sli/crossfire. I plan on doing dual sli but I still decided to get a UD5. There were too many problems with the UD3 which the UD5 does not have.

You will be fine for years with the UD5, it also has a reasonable pricepoint.
