Seatools for DOS - boots up to text screen with green background and no User Agreement

I've used Seatools a lot and it's run quite smooth. However I just spent an hour trying to run Seatools for DOS but can't get it to work. I tried the last two versions and they did the same thing on my desktop PC with an Asus board and Intel dual core cpu with a NVIDIA GeForce 7300. The Seatools CD works fine on my laptop, but even with different monitors, a 24" LCD and 19" CRT, I couldn't get it to work. It seems to be a video problem, since when I followed the directions that said type blah blah to see the user guide, it said my video didn't supprt the viewing of it. So I boot up, select CD, it loads up the text where it talks about log files, etc. then hangs at the C prompt with a square green background and the User Agreement doesn't pop up like it usually does. Tried it several times. Ideas?

I couldn't get SeaTools for DOS to run on a desktop PC either, but my problem was that it doesn't support USB kb or mouse as it loads only a PS/2 driver.

Fortunately it's not the only kid on the block. You can test any internal hard drive with Hitachi Drive Fitness for DOS, as long as the drive is below 3TB capacity: http://www.hgst.com/support/downloads/legacy-downloads#DFT
