Hi,
I am trying to build a gaming rig this black friday and I already have the following components:
i7 4770K and Maximus Hero VI
I would be buying one of these cards:
R290X, R290 or R280X(toxic) / GTX 780 or GTX 770(3 GB )
Case: Not yet decided.
I would like to know if this Thermaltake Tough Power TP-750P 750W ATX 12V 2.3 & SSI EPS 12V 2.92 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Active PFC Power Supply would be good fit to my build? I have seen some reviews which say they got a non-working PSU. Also the rating is 3 star(reviewed by 20 people), Another issue is it's not modular? Does that really matter?
Product link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
60$ after MIR (over 50% off)(the reason for this question is it's looks like a really good deal, anything over 33% off gets my attention)
Also someone said: It doesn't have 8 pin ATX connectors - instead, its 6 pin connectors have an extra 2 pins 'hanging'. It's irritating to plug in all 8 pins because they don't want to go in together.
What does that mean?
Another good deal I found is: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 750W Active PFC ATX12V v2.31/EPS 12V v2.91 5 Year Warranty 120-PB-0750-KR SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular NEW 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Please help guys! Should I go with either of these or choose another(recommendations please)

I like the second one, though it's really vague, I saw the price history on pcpartspicker and noted that prices were low before and and now they have increased the price and then offering a discount.
What should one look for when buying a case? I hate to ask but can you give me some more options? Thanks so much for your valuable time.
