cpu fan not spinning properly

so i have a hyper 212 evo and a amd 6300 at times the cpu fan will not work correctly it will spin then kinda stop then start spinning and it repeats then on a boot up theres a fan error i click the setup and it always fixes it its only happened twice so far and ive had the computer for a month ive fixed it for now but what can i do to prevent this from happening and keep it from happening

Sounds like the fan is failing. From what I have read 212 fan failures not unheard of.
All you need to do is buy a new fan that is the same size and replace it.
If you aren't sure what to get, remove the fan (only) off the cooler's radiator and take it to a local shop. They will have a suitable replacement.
