Hi everyone, first i plan on buying the i7 4770k and doing some light overclocking. Nothin crazy. And i was wondering what would be the best mobo to suit my needs. I was looking at the msi g45, heard nothing but good reviews on that particular mobo even though people seems to not like msi... Should i go for an asus/gigbayte or would i be okay with the msi? If not, what would be a good mobo for asus/gigbayte? Thanks alot

The G45 is a pretty good board, and you should be fine with it. If I were going Asus I would use the Maximus VI Hero board as everything I've seen on it seems to rave about it. Any of those 3 companies build a quality product and should do what they are rated to do, so you can't really go wrong.
