I'm trying to OC my AMD Phenom II x6 1090t 3.2GHz processor. What should I be disabling in the BIOS? I hear people telling me that I should disable AMD power core technology, CnQ and C1E support, is this true or is this not true?
Also the AMD website states that my max voltage is 1.4V, does this mean I can't go past this? (My stock voltage is 1.3) And is it possible to achieve 4.0GHz without going over 1.4V?
