Toshiba Satellite and Windows 7

I am having trouble finding the correct drivers for a Toshiba Satellite for a Windows 7 operating system. I have checked the Toshiba website, but I am slightly in the dark over what kind of drivers I am looking for. Any and all input is appreciated.

I found this on toshiba's site:
http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/generic/SUPPORT_PORTAL/

You need to install a toshiba auto installer utility so click the "Auto Detect" button and it will want to install Toshiba software to detect what you have, then it will follow through with downloading and installing drivers.

The problems originate in that the device has no Internet capabilities whatsoever on it. I am trying to upload everything via flashdrives and portable hardrives.
