OK, I have a HD 7990, beast of a card that it is c;. But, I've run into a problem... With every other game it runs fantastic, but when I pop on Battlefield 4, and max the graphics out, I run 40-60fps. I launched afterburner and did a 1-hour game session, when I went back to look at it GPU#1 was always maxed out, but GPU#2, was only on 30% the whole time. Like I've said before, all the other games work just fine, and I have the latest drivers and crossfire enabled. So, If someone could please help, I would appreciate it.
Thank you,
Slender.

Drivers, Drivers, DRIVERS.. check the news feed there was something about BF4 and ATI that required a NEW driver release again, then yet AGAIN to 'resolve' but I don't know what more your expecting on 'performance' on 64Man MMO session at FULL graphics? If everything is working, then the performance (GPU 1 100% GPU 2 30%) is just how it runs and manages it across that platform. Is there something 'negative' missing from your question, because personally I don't see a problem in anything you said (seems more your boasting then having a problem! :p  )

Well, listen, I'm not boasting, in every other game besides BF4, both of the cards max out all the time, giving me insane performance... But, with BF4 it doesnt,

Yeah well I won't boast on my system, but BF4 doesn't "need" to max out and you are getting performance considering the system your saying anyway. So unless your trying to do 240FPS on ULTRA 1900x1080 240Ghz MultiDisplays while being rocketpod by a heli, I am not sure what 'numbers' your believing you should get out of BF4? I mean the game has individual grass, the fogging effects and lighting of the sun, and son, all push the hardware no matter the system.

If I am getting 100 fps on crysis 3, the most demanding game of 2013, why am I only getting 40-60 fps on BF4, it doesnt add up, the second card of my 7990 should be at 100 percent like it is in crysis.

1) Multiplayer is always less then single player, because your adding a external connection, the paths to the server, the other user's connections and so on all culminate into the performance you will recive
2) BF4 demands MORE then C3 simply put. Yes I know how Crysis was always the benchmark, but put that against a Ultra setting 64man multi game with Helis, water (OMG! do you know how much those waves eat up the FPS!!!) and so on, it is much more demanding.
3) No not fanboy but honestly the 8320 only compared to a i5 3rd gen in all comparisions and if you want better, SADLY you have to fork over and get a i7 Core, there just isn't anything better still coming out of AMD
