System Upgrade Plan

Hello folks,

I have the following specs and was wondering if an upgrade would be beneficial performance wise:

asus-p8h61-le-br
Intel Core I5 2400 3.10GHz
RAM: 8gb GPU:
GeForce GTX770 2GB
OS: Windows 8


The upgrade I'm willing to perform consists on replacing the following parts:

ASUS Z87-K
Intel I7 4770
Corsair 8gb 1600mhz Vengeance

Any thoughts or advices will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

bkoop it's actually a minor concern on my behalf, to use as a valid example my current rig is able to run BF4 on ultra at 50-60 fps which I consider quite enjoyable. This upgrade plan came to my mind after getting an offer on the parts described above for around 500$ (1.900 on my local currency).

I have no intent on OCing any of the clocks as I'm not skilled enough to ensure I'd not have problems in the future. Also because an OC would require a cooling solution. But thanks for the attention! Yours and the last replies are already making my mind on leaving my rig the way it is.
