would ASUS P8Z77-V LK pair well with i7 3770k?

I know (relatively) nothing about PC hardware.

I previously posted asking whether an i7 3770k required z77 or z87 motherboards (for reference of my knowledge).

I'm trying to find a motherboard that will work well with the i7 3770k.

I'm curious Asus p8z77-v (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LK/) will work? Thoughts, opinions? Do you have a better suggestion?

Also, this motherboard is aparently windows 8 ready... I presume that means that i can still use win 7 on it?

Yes it will work well, its ASUS Z77. ASUS is a very good motherboard company, ASRock is headed by people who came from ASUS.

I'm in Canada. The closest/easiest store for me to use is Canada computers (www.canadacomputers.ca)

I realised that my OP is worded poorly. I'm curious to know if it is a good choice. Not just if it will work... but if it will work well

Yes it will work well, its ASUS Z77. ASUS is a very good motherboard company, ASRock is headed by people who came from ASUS.
