how can i reduce ghosting on a LED tv

i have a lg 23 inch tv-monitor has a bit of ghosting that is noticable at most of times(maybe all of the times)iand i have been trying to find a way to fix or reduce it but i cant find any.it is so annoying and tiring when i see a movie because everything leaves an annoying trail behind it.plz help

Let us know what your system specs are. Also, have you tested to see if other monitors/tv's do the same? Could just be a busted monitor.

Yes i have tested other monitors and they havent had that much BLUR.i have a 19 inch monitor(1440x900)and it didnt seem to have that much ''ghosting''...my current monitor is led 23 inch 1080p,60hz refresh rate,5 ms resp. time.the speciffic model is LG M2352D.my pc specs are i5 4670,8gbs of ram,itel hd 4600(for now)assus h87m-e
