So im pretty sure my 6800k is holding back my GTX 660 sc, but i want to make sure. Someone said its as easy as just opening Task Manager while youre gaming and if it shows the cpu is at 100% and the gpu is lower then the cpu is bottlenecking the gpu. So i tried it right now, but i just remembered there is nothing in TM showing you what your gpu load is. So i would like to know a good, free, easy to use program that shows my cpu and gpu load. What is a good program for that? Any help, recommendations, and advice is welcome. Thanks!

Is that the same as HWMonitor with the red icon? I already have CPU-Z which doesnt work for my goal, and HWMonitor which i dont like to use because it keeps working in the background unless you end them in Task Manager processes.

No, it's a different program. It actually closes when you close the window; you don't need to end task it in task manager.

Neither of them show the load of the cpu or gpu
