glitching, flickering or artifacts in my screen

Hi, I formatted my PC I few days ago with windows 7 x32 bits. Before I used to play some video games in it perfectly but after formatting and re-installing them all I see is glitching, flickering or artifacts in my screen, I had the same OS before, please help me...

My graphics card is: Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller

RAM: 1GB
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz

Yes I tried updating using Intel website but it says I have the lastest version, what should i do?

But I used to play them perfectly before formatting. I play Heroes In The Sky Online and all I see now is a black screen with white sparks floating around and SD Gundam Capsule Fighter
