Best Long Range WiFi Adapter Under $30

I need a very long range wifi adapter 500 meters+ i only have about $30 to spend on it. What recommendations do you have? Also any advice on mWs and dbi levels is also much appreciated.
Also I'm running Win 7 Ultimate on a custom gaming pc so adapters good for gaming and multimedia prefered but I'll accept all advice.

At 500 meters you need a pair of wireless directional antenna/AP units like those from Ubiquiti. $30 won't even buy half of one so save your money, not possible.

If you can scrape together a serious budget like $200 you can do it quite nicely.

Well i found some like the one here: Signal King but there are alot of conflicting reviews.
