Alright, here is my setup:
-AMD FX 8350 Stock
-Saphire 7850 1GB OC Edition
-ASUS M5A97 Mobo
-8GB RAM
-XFX 550 PSU
-CPU FAN is the Hyper Evo 212 (i don't remember)
*Note* I also have the side of my computer open and put a desk fan on it so that it gets more air flow

The problem:
I will be doing something at Maxish load, for instance playing Grid 2 and ill Crash no error screen no anything, just crash and computer turns off, this happens mainly when i am gaming but when i don't have the desk fan on the computer it will happen doing lots of tasks like Sony Vegas rendering and Photoshop + lots of other things.

The Solution:
This is where I need help, I am not sure if the CPU is getting too hot, or if the Graphics card is getting too hot. I also thought it might be my PSU being pushed to Voltage, whatever it is I am sure more air flow wont hurt, lol.

I wasn't sure where to place this so its in CPU !
If you can help, thank you very much!

PSU should be sufficient for your build. I would remove the CPU cooler, clean everything with rubbing alcohol and reapply thermal paste per instructions for your cooler.

Have you over clocked it?
