can interference between PSU exhaust vent and GPU vent cause any dmg or increase heat if PSU vent is facing up and they both pull the air out?

I mean so that way PSU will blow hot air to GPU and vice versa, but some ppl say its good to turn PSU vent up on bottom mounting cases

Although ClutchC is correct, there are graphics cards that dump the air into the case and don't fully vent out the back. If you have a graphics card of that design, you'll want to place the PSU's fan down (provided you have airflow from the bottom of the case) so that the PSU receives cooler air than it would if placed fan up. In the world of electronics, Heat Kills. The PSU will vent out the back in all cases.
