I am trying to change the physx from auto to gpu though nvidia control panel but there are only 3 options under 3d settings: Adjust image settings, manage 3d settings and configure surround. How can I get physx options to appear?
Open up your nVidia control panel and navigate to Help > System Information > Components. Do you see PhysX anywhere on that list? It should also have a version number next to it. If you don't see it there, try checking C:\Windows\System32\physx.cpl, or anything else with physx in that directory. If you can't find either it looks like it isn't installed.
- Make sure you have the latest drivers installed. Try selecting the custom installation option and verify that the PhysX component is being installed.
- Verify that your cards are installed in the correct slots on the motherboard. You may have several PCI-E slots that a card will fit in, but only certain slots will SLI. Check your motherboard documentation to confirm.

I have checked my drivers, I have reinstalled and done a clean installation with driver sweeper and checked my pci slot but no luck. Not sure if it matters but I have ati 760g onboard graphics, I have uninstalled all drivers for them and disabled them in device manager and still no option...
Im using a single card so that probably explains why sli isnt there but my main problem is that I cant get access to change the physx settings. I am using a AMD 8320 CPU, nvidia gtx 760 GPU, ASRock 980de3/u3s3 motherboard the ASRock website lists these chipsets: Northbridge: AMD RX881/760G
- Southbridge: AMD SB710
