Hey guys!

So, I'm wondering if my BOIS, new CPU and motherboard is compatible with each other?
Motherboard: Acer IPISB-VR, Rev. 1.01
New CPU: Intel Core I7 3770K
BOIS version: P02-A2

If i were to update my BIOS, could i then damage anything? My CPU, motherboard, GPU....?
Could you send a link to a newer BIOS version, for my motherboard?

Thanks again!

i can address one issue here, this board is based on intel H67 chipset, which will not allow you to Overclock your new CPU. it will run as a normal i7-3770 CPU (3.5G, 3.9G max turbo), so you are better off with a normal i7-3770 (without the K, it is cheaper).
generally, if you feel ok with the performance of your new setup and have no issues, no need to upgrade your BIOS, especially if you do not have a backup BIOS bank.
