Ram 2133 confusion

M motherboard supports up to 2400,may I use 2133. Ive seen many threads on 1600 vs 2133 but what has made me confused on that will it be unstable on my system. The price is the same by the way from 1600-2133. Thank you.

2133 should be no problem with 2133, even up to fully populated at 32GB (may take a small CPU OC), 2400 will depend on your individual CPU, I went through a few 3570Ks before finding one that was strong enough to carry 32GB of 2400 - many can carry 16GB though some barely can do 8GB of 2400
