FIRST carefully undo everything you did. Place motherboard on a piece of wood. Reseat the CPU, then MEMory, if it does not have onboard video insert video card, wire it to the case power button, and then carefully plug in all the PSU connections. Press power, does it boot to BIOS (the text display?) if not then power off, reseat everything again. If there is any problems the computer gives a series of beeps, short and long, based on your included motherboard manual will tell you on boot up what part is having problems. If there is no beeps and there is no success then you fried a part (static electricity/bad connecting of parts) and will have to replace the parts.
