It depends on how well you treat the PC. Seriously, tho... it is hard to determine what great game lies around the corner. Every one thought they had enough machine to last for years, when Crysis suddenly appeared. Then we all found out we needed upgrading.

Lol I don't necessarily mean games like crysis, just the new games.

That's the point I was trying to make. I was using 2007's Crysis as an example of what happens when we try to guess what is possible in game design. The answer to your question would simply be a guess. And guesses are wrong as often as they are right.
