Questions about this CPU/Build

I am building a PC and want to know if this build will all be compatible, if this is the right things I should buy, and if this could run BF4 at Ultra with good framerate (30-60). I am taking some of the parts from an old computer so I will link the specs of that.

I know the NVIDIA 660ti isn't the best, but I am not going to buy a new GPU soon, BUT if you think spending 300-400$ on a new GPU to add on to the 660ti will help more than a new processor, then please comment that.

I do not wanna buy a new CPU cooler, or at least an expensive one, so I was wondering if I should get the "K" version of the CPU since I wont overclock then. Also, would the 3.4 to 3.5 ghz make a difference in framerate?

Thanks!

Thank you so much to anyone willing to comment, even if it is a little answer! All I want is to run BF4 :)  HELP MEEZ!! :p

You're getting a Z87 motherboard (good), pairing it with a locked CPU, and paying a lot for it as well. If your primary purpose is to game, you only need the i5-4670(k). I would recommend the k version because it's only a little more expensive, and when the time comes around where it boils down to you either 1) getting a new CPU because your current one is too slow, or 2) overclocking the CPU to compensate when it's starting to slow down. If you're gonna go with 1), grab a H87 board and a i5-4670, if you're going with 2) go with the i5-4670k, and the Z87 motherboard you have already selected.

You would already be spending a lot on a CPU you don't need (i7), and you would still want a CPU cooler with the i5-4670k, CM Hyper 212 EVO will do just fine, and it's roughly $30.

I'll tell you right now, the 660 Ti isn't the greatest in BF4. My wife's rig has the 3GB version of the 660 Ti and it would not run that smoothly on Ultra.

i5-4670k + Z87 + CM Hyper 212 Evo + r9 280x/GTX 770, and you have a winning combination.

Thank you so much! And do you have that combination you suggested? How much frames do you think it would get on ultra? Would you think the CPU would overheat with that cooler if I overclocked it? Thanks again!
