Computers turns on but no display on monitor

Hello,
So basically, my computer was running fine but then it randomly shuts off so I went to a computer repair shop and they diagnose that there was something wrong with my mobo.(The computer still worked with the defect). I had warranty on the mobo and they shipped me a new one, same model. I plugged everything back in but now it turns on but nothing is displayed on the monitor. I tested some of my parts on my friends old computer (HDD, SSD, video card). I tried resetting the CMOS.
ps. I am not too familiar with computer terms, so be kind and tried to explain to me :/

TL;TR - Old mobo was defected, got new one of the same model. Computer turns on but no display on monitor.
Please help me! I don't want to go pay for diagnose :( it's like $150~ here. That will be my last plan.

Well you still need to 'breadboard' as I just said, not IN the case, we want to eliminate potential problems. If you can't see any BIOS with just as I described (notice not in the case no SSD nor HDD just barebones) that is the same test Gigabyte does. Does the board power up? Do the fans work? Do you hear the 'beep' as it tries to boot? Do you get any error beep (POST) messages? Can you see BIOS on the screen? What happens when you test the GPU in a different computer? Doesn't work? Then the GPU is dead.. if it works back to the Mobo, try with just one memory slot filled, does it work now? SWap memory does it work now?

Etc. Etc. It is a matter of systematically isolating which part is not working and knowing how the computer 'should...

check that the new replacement bios on the mb it at a rev that will post your cpu. if your mb is one of the newer asus mb with the usb flahsback port try updating the bios. if the motherboard has onboard video pull the gpu and see if the mb will post with onboard video port. with mb make sure there not shorting out to the mb try or the io shield. sometime the io shield can hit the usb or ethernet port or under the mb.
on the mb make sure the 4/8 pin atx power plug is conencted and you used the right plugs from the power supply. (try another power supply to see if it bad power).

Does it have onboard video? Did you try that port?

Did you strip down everything out, then take the mobo put it on a piece of wood, reseat the CPU, install the memory, install the video (if no onboard video) then wire the power switch from the case to the mobo. Finally now plug in all the power connections, and power it up, can you see BIOS? If not then your mobo / video is fried. Try with different video does it work now?

otherwise you need to give us all the specs so we have some idea what we are working with?

Here's my specs FX 8350 AMD DX 8-Core, Silencer MKII 750, GTX 560 TI, 970A-D3, HyperX Genesis (x2), OCZ Agility 3 SSD, Seagate HDD.

Yes, I reinstalled everything and not I cannot see the BIOS. Well I do not think it is the mobo or videocard because I have warranty on both and I sent both back to Gigabyte, and they only sent me a new mobo and gave back the same videocard.

I also have a FX 8150 because I thought it was the CPU defect before, so I purchased the FX 8350. I tried both the 8350 and 8150 and they both give me the same result.

Etc. Etc. It is a matter of systematically isolating which part is not working and knowing how the computer 'should work' (beeps, lights, what moves and turns on what does not, do you feel heat across the parts? etc.) and how yours is not, to compare and constrast.
