Alright, well... I'm looking for a case for some upgrades. But I need help finding one. Preferably under 35-40 dollars. The size is ATX, not MATX. Also, I've seen in many builds, there is a movable rack for hard drives. I'm not sure at all what those are called, but if you find a case with that included, it'd be even more helpful for me. I feel like a total noob right now, but I wanna get ready for the holidays. (In a month + Black Friday this Thursday+Friday) My build so far:

GPU:
XFX Radeon 7770 Core Edition

CPU:
Intel Core 2 Quad (Currently) ------> Upgrading to: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116775

HDD:
650GB

RAM:
6 GB DDR2 (Currently) --------> Upgrading to: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Crucial-Ballistix-Sport-8GB-240-Pin-DDR3-SDRAM-DDR3-1600-PC3-12800-Desktop-Mem-/291009901607

MOBO:
M017G - It's Dell I think. :p -----------> Upgrading to: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-Corporation-Motherboard-B75A-G43/dp/B00863R2K4/

PSU:
550W Rosewill Stallion Series

Case:
Dell Studio 540 Case (Currently) ------> Upgrading to: ????? I need you guys to help me out with this. :'( So...
■ Under $40
■ Hard Drive thingy
■ ATX

If you respond, I GREATLY appreciate it! This will seriously help me out a lot. :') Thank you, again.

Yes, most ATX cases mount the hard drives in the bottom front of the case.

That is a very nice case! :) But I'm more of a GPU + CPU kind of guy. So i'm a little dumb when it comes to cases. lol. I research more on the other stuff. Where would the hard drive(s) go in this case? I'm assuming the bottom right on the inside?

I"m not sure how strict your budget is. Here's a few more options:

Antec NEW SOLUTION SERIES VSK-4000 Black SGCC steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $34.99

GIGABYTE GZ-X7 Black ABS / 0.6 mm SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $39.99

GIGABYTE GZ-ZA1 Black ABS / 0.6mm SGCC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $27.99

Cooler Master Elite 361 - Mid Tower Computer Case with Rotatable Logo for Vertical or Horizontal Placement $39.99

Corsair Carbide Series 200R Black Steel / Plastic compact ATX Mid Tower Case $49.99 - $20 MIR & Free Shipping

It's very hard to recommend a case because my taste may be completely different than yours. Your best bet is to go to your favorite website and put filters in place based on the size and price that you want. I just went to Newegg and filtered on ATX mid towers with a price of $25 - $50.
