I have an Avermedia Broadcaster C127, it used to work before but now I decided to capture again it's not working. The media center says "unable to find tuner card." Also it doesn't come up in device manager either. The card hasn't been damaged and I have made sure it's plugged in properly. I'm currently running on Windows 7 Enterprise x64 bit.
