how is the buildt in GPU in the cpu BTW it is a gaming PC.

Awful, as you can imagine. Integrated graphics will never beat a mid-range or even some low end GPUs!

i wouldnt use the built in gpu. with the parts i picked you can play all current games at 60+fps with settings at high or ultra

I use 4GB and have no issues. but 8GB is more future proof.
