Unidentified Folder. Any idea what it is?

I have an unidentified folder that I cant find any information about. Google comes up with nothing, and the folder is locked. I can enter the folder, but cannot delete or change anything. It says I need permission from SYSTEM to do so. The file is called "fcae1d3c53ec9f47c16770cffc". Inside the folder are other folders such as amd64, MSE, MSEPrerelease, INTUNE, and what looks to be language folders such as EN-US, IT-IT, and JA-JP. Any idea how this folder just showed up and what is it for? Security essentials scan came up with no threats, nor did Malware Bytes.

by clicking property on it you should be able to see what it is and give the use same permission as the system you will see the date it was made and under details it should describe what it is .

Yes, but this folder appeared recently within the last 2 weeks or so. It wasn't there before, and I have MSE on my C drive, and this folder is located on the D drive.
