So, ever since about septemberish, i've been getting these microstutters every 5-10 minutes. they will lag my audio, video and games for about 1-4 seconds, like a bunch of mini stutters are going on at the same time. I looked at my cpu and saw that the activity went up a bunch. What exactly is going on and how can I stop this? if its something I cant prevent, I am getting a gaming computer very soon so luckily that should be the end of it.
