both perform about the same. it comes down to whether u want the iGPU or not (the 3350p doesn't have it)

The 3470 is better. Definitely worth the extra $10. I know it overclocks 400mhz which would put it at 3.6ghz base and 4.0ghz turbo. I think the best the 3350p can do is 3.3ghz base and 3.5ghz turbo.
