Main differences are:

PC360:
Open acoustics for a more natural bass response (and it helps keep your ears cooler over long periods of time). As a result you (the person wearing the headphones) can hear environmental sounds more clearly and more sound leaks out of the headphones.

PC350 SE:
Closed acoustics. Less sound leaking out of headphones and more environmental noise reduction.
Collapsible headband.
Comes with carrying case.

I own the PC360. I think they sound great. Great bass response with clear and crisp mid- and high-range. Soundstage is good enough that it can approximate surround sound pretty decently using virtual surround software. Mic also works well enough for gaming/skype (friends tell me they can hear me clearly...

I own the PC360. I think they sound great. Great bass response with clear and crisp mid- and high-range. Mic also works well enough for gaming/skype (friends tell me they can hear me clearly; anything beyond that doesn't really matter to me). My only complaint is that the wires to the 3.5mm plugs for the headphone and mic share a common sheath and only branch for the last 10 cm or so, so if your headphone jack is more than 20 cm away from your mic jack (like mine is) you're going to need to buy an extension cable.

Sounds like the PC360s are the way to go! How about the PC360 vs PC363Ds? Any thoughts?

The PC360 and 363D are identical in every way (including having the same drivers and same mic and nearly identical design) except for the fact that the 363D comes with a USB sound card that will mix up to 7.1 surround into virtual surround so it can be output as stereo to the headphones. So basically you are paying the extra money solely for that piece of software and the ability to have virtual surround out of the box.

I've never tried the 363D so I can't comment on how well the virtual surround works. However I'm currently using Razer's virtual surround software with the 360 and I can tell you it works quite well (not as good as real surround obviously but still).

When you say "environmental sounds" what are you referring to specifically? I'll be using these for gaming.. specifically counterstrike and occasional producing.. i own the HD280 pro's right now and theyre great. I upgraded from the HD555's after the sound stopped coming through.. but i'm considering the 350's or the 360's. TALK TO ME, I love reading this forum.
