I have two gtx 560s (non ti), one from msi, and one from evga. My brother is buying a new graphics card so I can use another gtx 560. Can I perform a SLI even if they are gpus from different companies?

Yes you can, they have to be the same chip so in your case 3x 560 so it is fine.
However, if they have different clock speeds, they will adjust to the lower one if I am not wrong.

Yes, only the chip and memory matters. You can SLI any GTX 560 form any companies as long as it is two 560 and not one 560 and 570. I would usually tune both cards to have the same freq clocks and mem clock.

Even if it adjusts to the lower one, they will give much higher performance than only one of them, right?

Yes they will give higher performances, how much will depend on the software/game.
Sometimes they take a huge performance boost from cards in SLI, but sometimes not.

Do you know the cheapest parts I can get to run the SLI? I already have the RAM, but I think I need a new Power and a new Mobo. Can I get them under $150???

The 560 can't do triple SLI...

It's not worth getting a new mobo and psu just to fit a third card. The amount of performance you get out f it won't justify the cost.

.....I only have two gtx 560s. Sorry, I must've written in a confusing way. I had the msi gtx 560, but now I have my brother's evga gtx 560 in addition.

Is $150 enough to buy a new mobo and psu for two gtx 560s???

It's probably enough if its USD $150.

I can help you find a board that will do SLI, but I'll need to know what processor your using.
