gtx 560 sli requirements

Up til now I've been using only one gtx 560. Now that my brother is changing his gpu, I get to keep his 560. From my research, I found out that I have to switch my motherboard and my psu in order for them to work. What is the cheapest mobo and psu I can get in order to run 4gb 1333mhz ram, gtx 560 sli, and amd athlon II x4??? (CHEAPEST POSSIBLE PARTS) (NO OC)

Thanks for your quick reply!!! I will take your answer to consideration! I will buy the cx 600, but cant I buy the m5a97 r2.0 instead?? It says it is about $20 cheaper than your suggestion! (btw, I only buy from amazon :( )

My brother has prime on it and MIR on other websites take are a bit too confusing..

The first board I suggested doesn't have a rebate and there's free shipping...seems like that covers all your bases :)

Amazon is almost never the best place to buy your components, even with prime...unless you like spending $30 extra
